Every restaurant has a first night. For Chase Docklands, it was the evening we lit up the NewQuay waterfront and welcomed Melbourne through our doors for the very first time.
A vision on the water
Chase Docklands was built around a simple idea: bring the richness of Afghan and Persian cooking to one of Melbourne's most beautiful settings, the Docklands harbour, and pair it with the kind of atmosphere that turns dinner into an evening.
From the first night, the room told that story, gold accents, soft light, the marina glittering beyond the glass, and a kitchen sending out grilled kebabs, slow-cooked stews, and fragrant rice to share.
Built for the city
Our grand opening set the tone for everything since:
