The night Chase Docklands first opened its doors on the NewQuay waterfront.
Chase Docklands threw open its doors on the NewQuay waterfront in January 2025, bringing Afghan and Persian fusion to one of Melbourne's most striking settings.
From the very first night, the room set the tone: gold accents, soft light, the marina glittering beyond the glass, and a kitchen sending out kebabs, slow-cooked stews and fragrant rice to share.
It was the beginning of everything that has come since. Come and see what we have built.
