Terms & Conditions 

Welcome to Chase Docklands. By making a reservation, attending our venue, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Reservations & Bookings

Reservations are subject to availability.

We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

We reserve the right to allocate seating areas at our discretion.

For large group bookings or events, a set menu or minimum spend may apply.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.

Failure to attend a booking without notice (no-show) may result in a cancellation fee or restriction on future bookings.

For large groups and events, deposits may be non-refundable if cancelled within the specified period.

3. Deposits & Payments

Certain bookings (including events and large groups) may require a deposit to confirm the reservation.

Final payment terms will be advised at the time of booking.

All prices are in AUD and include GST unless otherwise stated.

4. Dining & Service

We aim to provide high-quality food and service; however, menu items are subject to availability and may change without notice.

Dietary requirements must be advised at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Management reserves the right to refuse service in accordance with applicable laws.

5. Responsible Service of Alcohol

We strictly adhere to the Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements under Victorian law.

Valid ID may be required.

We reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol to any patron at our discretion.

6. Conduct & Behaviour

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other patrons.

Any inappropriate, aggressive, or unlawful behaviour may result in removal from the premises without refund.

7. Damage to Property

Guests may be held responsible for any damage caused to the venue, furniture, or equipment.

Repair or replacement costs may be charged accordingly.

8. Events & Functions

Event bookings may be subject to specific agreements, including set menus, minimum spend, and time limits.

Final guest numbers must be confirmed within the agreed timeframe.

Charges may apply based on confirmed numbers regardless of attendance.

9. Gift Vouchers (if applicable)

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

They must be used before the expiry date stated.

10. Website & Online Use

All content on our website is owned or licensed by Chase Docklands and must not be reproduced without permission.

We are not responsible for third-party booking platforms or external links.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Chase Docklands is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your visit, except where required by law.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

The latest version will always be available upon request or on our website.
